Our 2018 Fun Day was held on 14th July. It was another beautiful day and local residents flocked to join in the fun!

The day’s events were compered by our very own “Moonlighting”, who also provided the background music. The Animal Man brought along some interesting creatures, including a pygmy hedgehog and a gorgeous owl.

Perry, our Man in the Orange Jacket performed tricks and made balloon sculptures. Arts in The Yard provided the screen printing for the lovely summery bags and Sport4Life provided a range of activities from football tournaments to dance and the amazing inflatables.

The Scouts again provided us with burgers and sausages, whilst delicious curries were available on the other side of the park.

The In Bloom team came along to share their expertise and provided a beautiful hanging basket as a raffle prize. There was glass decorating, bracelet making and even a chance to try some massage.

All the proceeds from the raffle were given to Acocks Green Food Bank.

Yet another fabulous event. Our thanks go to Stockfield Community Association for funding the Fun Day and to all the volunteers who worked so hard to make it a success.
