Support to the board
My name is Daphne Francis and I have worked with Stockfield Community Association Directors in a community engaging and supporting role since 2005.
I work face to face with residents and also in collaboration with other agencies to develop activities which support the needs of residents on the Stockfield Estate and its surrounding areas. In my role, I have the opportunity to provide practical care, support and advice to the front line.
I thoroughly enjoy working in the community as no two days are the same and I get to see the difference that can be made when residents take control.
Housing Manager/Neighbourhood Coach for Stockfield and Bromford.
My name is Natalia Duffus. I have been a Housing Manager for Stockfield and Bromford Housing since 2021.
Within my role I provide housing support to the residents of the Stockfield Estate and liaise with authorities and various organisations in order to help build a thriving neighbourhood and resilient individuals.
I enjoy being able to help customers and communities thrive, it is very rewarding.
